You can’t beat home-grown produce, it’s not just the taste it is also the satisfaction of eating your own harvest. We sell tomato, chilli and cucumber plants which are all ideal for growing in pots; you could even grow a chilli plant on your kitchen windowsill. There are varieties which are happy in a sunny, sheltered spot outdoors that require only regular watering and occasional feeding to crop well. 

 

We sell a wide range of young vegetable plants in spring ready for planting. You don’t need a vegetable plot, going back to the original cottage gardens veg was grown in amongst flower borders or just a metre square plot dedicated to edibles can produce a fantastic yield with the minimum of effort.
